As someone who embraces a holistic lifestyle centered around wellness, I nourish myself with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, greens, seeds and nuts, sprouts, sea vegetables, superfoods, fermented foods, and living foods of all kinds. As a practitioner, educator, and healer, I am passionate about teaching others the importance of a more holistic approach to living and eating.

My journey began many years ago, when I reached one of the lowest points in my life and overall health. I knew I had to take a stand, reclaim my power, and awaken my own healing potential. I began with a 21-day cleanse, unaware of the profound transformation that would unfold within my body, mind, spirit, and soul. With each day, I felt lighter, healthier, clearer, and more alive.

At the end of those 21 days, I knew I had opened a new path, one free from much of the physical and emotional turmoil I had been carrying. I chose to continue down that path by inviting a raw and living foods lifestyle into my life. Since then, I have completed additional cleanses and safe, supportive fasting practices to continue bringing my body and spirit into greater balance and wellness.

Throughout my journey, I have also incorporated physical activity, meditation, massage, colon hydrotherapy, and other forms of bodywork. These holistic approaches to nutrition and lifestyle have supported me in creating a healthier, more balanced state within my body.

Since then, I have continued to support my journey through cleanses, nourishing foods, meditation, movement, massage, bodywork, and other holistic practices that help me feel balanced, vibrant, and aligned.

This path has become one of renewal, empowerment, clarity, and transformation, and it is now my passion to share that possibility with others.
