Sacred Nourishment
Fresh, Organic & Consciously Sourced Foods
Nourish Your Body. Raise Your Vibration.
“The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every Thought, word, and behavior affects our greater health and well-being. And we, in turn, are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.”

A whole-food, organic, nutrient-dense lifestyle provides the body with the nourishment it needs to support energy, vitality, and long-term wellness.
Choosing fresh, seasonal foods—especially organic and pesticide-free whenever possible—helps reduce unnecessary chemical exposure while maximizing nutrient intake. When organic isn’t available, following the Environmental Working Group’s Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen guides can help prioritize which foods are most important to purchase organically.
Benefits:
- Increased energy and vitality
- Support for healthy digestion and nutrient absorption
- A naturally nutrient-dense, antioxidant-rich diet
- Support for healthy immune function
- Healthy weight balance through whole-food nutrition
- Greater overall wellness and resilience
- Reduced exposure to pesticides, additives, preservatives, and artificial ingredients
- Emphasis on fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, sprouts, fermented foods, healthy fats, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains
Whenever possible, choose:
- Organic fruits and vegetables
- Seasonal, locally grown produce
- Grass-fed and pasture-raised animal products (if consumed)
- Wild-caught seafood
- Cold-pressed oils
- Foods free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and unnecessary additives
For produce that tends to carry the highest pesticide residues, refer to the Dirty Dozen list. For produce with the lowest pesticide residues, the Clean Fifteen list provides economical options when buying organic isn’t feasible.
